The Optima Self-Propelled Wheelchair is a well-rounded everyday wheelchair that doesn't compromise on comfort, convenience or style. The powder-coated steel frame delivers a smooth, stable ride over rougher ground, and gives it a maximum weight capacity of 114kg (18 stone).

A half-folding backrest and inward-folding frame make it simple to stow in a car boot, and the Optima arrives almost fully assembled - just clip the footrests on and you're ready to go. Spacious 24-inch wheel rims are comfortable to grip for self-propelling, while ergonomic push handles at the rear are there when you need extra assistance.

Padded armrests, swing-away footrests and durable nylon upholstery with a backrest storage pouch all add up to a wheelchair that's made to be lived in. MAG rear wheels with solid puncture-proof tyres keep maintenance to a minimum.
